Job Summary

Support recruiters building TikTok’s Product and Design teams by helping across the full recruiting lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Support the full recruiting lifecycle for Product and Design roles, including sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

•Assist with sourcing efforts and candidate outreach, including using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, and event leads.
•Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
•Help with recruiting operations such as opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating ATS interview notes and candidate status.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
•Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, people operations, or HR.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful work.
