Key Responsibilities

•Polish and perform multi-stage paint correction on vehicles, selecting appropriate compounds, pads, and techniques based on paint condition to achieve OEM-approved finishes
•Carry out full interior and exterior detailing including upholstery cleaning and trim finishing to ensure showroom presentation readiness
•Coordinate with Body Shop, PDI, and Sales teams to prioritize vehicle preparation and meet delivery schedules while maintaining defect-free finishes
•Inspect polished surfaces to ensure consistent quality and report any cosmetic issues for corrective action
•Operate polishing machines, buffers, steamers and detailing tools safely, using PPE and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace in line with 5S standards

Key Requirements

•High School Certificate or Vocational Training in Vehicle Detailing, Body Repair, or Automotive Paint
•2-4 years of experience in vehicle polishing and detailing within a franchised dealership, body shop, or professional detailing studio
•Proven experience in delivering high-quality paint correction and showroom-level finishing
•Experience working with premium or high-volume automotive brands is advantageous
•Familiarity with machine polishing techniques (rotary and dual-action) and knowledge of automotive paint systems, coatings, and OEM finish standards
