Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with private clients using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client financial needs, gather and document data, and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations through investment and insurance product referrals. Drive individual activity and sales goals by prospecting, building referral pipelines, and partnering with branch and line-of-business teammates. Support branch operations, maintain compliance, and occasionally assist with teller transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client services and financial wellness recommendations, delivering solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
•Assess client needs by gathering and documenting client data, and support plan-based financial advice for up to $2M in investable assets.
•Build a client referral pipeline by prospecting, developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to guide meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and assisting branch operations/teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly, plus the ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients (required).
