Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee portfolios for high net worth and institutional clients within Baird Trust Company
  • •Lead portfolio management, client service and investment review meetings, and participate in the Investment Committee
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships through regular contact and portfolio reviews to meet objectives
  • •Collaborate with Financial Consultants/Relationship Managers to identify new business opportunities and present investment management proposals
  • •Ensure investment policies are followed, conduct annual reviews, and stay informed on market trends and new strategies

Key Requirements

  • •Four year degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred
  • •10+ years of experience as a portfolio manager in banking or securities
  • •Knowledge of global equity and fixed income markets and global economic conditions
  • •Fiduciary principles and prudent investment concepts; general tax code understanding
  • •CFA/CFP preferred; SIE, Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 required or ability to obtain
