Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and review commercial contracts with customers, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, LOIs, and lease agreements.
  • •Draft, review, and lead negotiations with customers for high value outsourcing contracts.
  • •Review contracts tied to site operations with vendors and suppliers, identify non-compliance issues, and recommend and support resolution actions.
  • •Provide general legal support to the business, including corporate law and regulatory compliance matters.
  • •Advise on proactive risk management to keep the organization aligned and reduce legal risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of legal experience in Law or BPO.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating professional services, software development, and licensing transactions.
  • •Ability to draft contracts in English and communicate in English in conference calls and emails.
  • •Strong team building and people development skills, with the ability to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines.
