Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide teller services, including processing deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and completing change orders with accuracy.
  • •Deliver customer service standards, build customer trust through accurate and efficient transactions, and complete customer thank-you calls and follow-ups.
  • •Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing, report cash outages, and process transactions within authorized limits.
  • •Follow compliance procedures and verify reporting accuracy for CTRs, SARs, monetary logs, and Reg CC holds; comply with BSA and related anti-money laundering laws.
  • •Travel/commute throughout the hired region to support branches and assist with opening/closing and additional duties as assigned.
