Job Summary

Ensure security, compliance, and reliability for GovCloud public-sector customers by configuring and managing proactive monitoring alerts and thresholds. Key Responsibilities

•Configure customer GovCloud ProM alerts and thresholds after onboarding based on business needs and security/compliance requirements.
•Monitor and manage alerts by coordinating internal and customer communications across channels, creating and troubleshooting cases, and providing resolution guidance.
•Proactively identify and escalate recurring GovCloud-specific issues using case and alert volumes; create and curate knowledge articles to support documentation and compliance.
•Perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting and debugging of alert and system issues, validating alerts and updating case details with meaningful information.
•Deliver end-to-end customer experience for critical technical issues, including Annual Technical Health Reviews (ATHRs) and Key Event Monitoring collaboration with Customer Success Managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 113,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Requires U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) and ability to complete a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
•At least 2+ years of work experience in engineering, programming, technical support, or proactive monitoring/SaaS environments.
•Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues; must have monitoring systems/tools/platforms experience (e.g., Splunk, automated alert systems).
•Database concepts (RDBMS) and SQL; understanding of internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, proxy servers) for secure cloud environments.
