Distiller

Responsible for all aspects of new make whiskey production including grain handling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, and lab analysis across two locations. Operates PLC-controlled processes, tracks data, maintains aseptic techniques, and ensures clean-in-place sanitation. Full-time on a 4x10 schedule with some evenings/weekends; contributes to expansion at High West Distillery.
