Key Responsibilities

  • •Grain Handling, Milling, and Mashing – track raw material components and operate grain conveyance systems, mills, and pumps controlled via PLC
  • •Fermentation Management & Lab Analysis – track in-process fermentations and perform aseptic yeast propagation/rehydration; run daily lab procedures
  • •Distillation and New Make Spirit Analysis – operate a high-pressure steam-fed hybrid still with glycol cooling; troubleshoot process/equipment; conduct sensory evaluation and track yield
  • •Cleaning & Sanitation – perform CIP procedures and aseptic cleaning of tanks, hoses, and vessels; uphold cleanliness standards in all process areas
  • •Collaborate across two locations (Old Town Park City and Blue Sky Ranch) to meet production goals and support expansion
