Job Summary

Support the execution and scaling of Blackstone’s Enterprise AI initiatives by managing use-case pipelines, coordinating pilots across business units, and developing repeatable enablement playbooks. Work cross-functionally with business teams, product/platform leads, Legal & Compliance, and senior leadership to translate AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, maintaining a centralized intake and tracking process and helping prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
•Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters, define success criteria, track outcomes, and inform post-pilot enterprise decisions.
•Develop repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and supporting materials that help translate successful AI use cases into scalable enablement across teams and functions.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback data into clear insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
•Aggregate feedback from pilots, office hours, and support channels, coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners, and track issue resolution through completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, with a demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, concise deliverables across business and technology teams.
•Highly structured, detail-oriented, proactive, with experience operating in a fast-moving environment and influencing without direct authority.
•Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
