Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, maintaining a centralized intake and tracking process and helping prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
  • •Coordinate pilot programs with business stakeholders and early adopters, define success criteria, track outcomes, and inform post-pilot enterprise decisions.
  • •Develop repeatable playbooks, workflow guidance, and supporting materials that help translate successful AI use cases into scalable enablement across teams and functions.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize usage, adoption, and feedback data into clear insights, recommendations, and program updates for leadership.
  • •Aggregate feedback from pilots, office hours, and support channels, coordinate follow-through with product, platform, and vendor partners, and track issue resolution through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in consulting, product operations, program management, strategy, or a related field, with a demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, concise deliverables across business and technology teams.
  • •Highly structured, detail-oriented, proactive, with experience operating in a fast-moving environment and influencing without direct authority.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and data platforms, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
