Job Summary

Lead Visa’s public sector business across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia by deepening sales strategy and delivery to grow volume and market share. Key Responsibilities

•Deepen public sector sales strategy and delivery in the region to increase sales volume and market share.
•Identify and execute commercial opportunities in government-led projects focused on government payment flows, data, and growth priorities to develop new business flows for Visa.
•Lead RFP responses and commercial deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Engage and partner with issuers, acquirers, program managers, processors, fintechs, and other enablers to strengthen government solution propositions.
•Work with internal stakeholders (including Government Engagement) and cross-functional teams to align outreach strategy and targets and position Visa for government agencies.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience managing government/state-owned/public sector sales in the payments/financial services industry, including complex deals and sales.
•Active network in the public sector across Vietnam.
•Deep understanding of public sector sales and how agencies operate, including government procurement and public sector contracting vehicles.
•Strong collaboration and relationship skills to balance external client/partner needs while leading internal cross-functional teams for solution development and go-to-market strategy.
•Strong business development and consultative sales experience, including creating business cases and negotiating business agreements.
