Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating and root-causing accuracy issues with store leadership.
  • •Support key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes to support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, including processing shipments and supporting product flow.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and technology to drive operational excellence and resolve client needs.
