Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and assist with products such as checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence to drive client acquisition and deepened relationships.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients.
