Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Document work performed and notify the service advisor if additional work isn’t needed or can’t be completed within promised time.
