Key Responsibilities

  • •Conceive and oversee CAO development of metal parts and components (concept/feasibility/industrialization) using SolidWorks
  • •Conduct feasibility studies, finite element simulations, and functional analyses; participate in development meetings and validate prototypes
  • •Plan and manage new metal accessories development with suppliers; ensure reporting and milestones
  • •Lead risk identification and mitigation (AMDEC/8D) and ensure design decisions meet manufacturing constraints
  • •Create technical files (specifications, drawings) and supervise master validation and fabrication processes with suppliers

  • •Master level education (Master/Bac +5)
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a design office (bureau d'études)
  • •Experience in mechanical metal parts design
