Senior Language Engineer

Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality voice-agent datasets spanning text and audio. Build web-scale data pipelines, apply synthetic generation, and ensure data processing aligns with production use cases across languages and domains. You’ll manage an annotation workforce, define quality targets, analyze logs to find failure patterns, and use linguistic judgment to produce preference data that improves natural, humanlike conversational AI. Partner closely with researchers, ML engineers, and product managers.
