Job Summary

Provide L3 managed services by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and keeping client infrastructure configured, tested, and operational. Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure zero SLA misses. Use monitoring and alerting to catch issues early, log and escalate incidents, and drive optimization and automation. Mentor L2 engineers, create knowledge articles, coordinate with vendors, and support disaster recovery and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, resolve, and prevent technical incidents to keep client infrastructure operational.
•Manage high-complexity tickets with advanced troubleshooting, ensuring zero missed SLA conditions.
•Conduct monitoring checks, respond to alerts, log incidents with detail, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls.
•Drive service improvements through incident prevention, optimization/automation opportunities, and input to automation teams.
•Mentor junior team members (including creating knowledge articles) and coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting; coordinate disaster recovery/project implementation as needed.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
•Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures, with strong planning and adaptability under pressure.
