Job Summary

Design and validate refrigeration systems for air conditioning and heat pump products by partnering with the project team on cutting-edge industry challenges. Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
•Select or design key components for new product development projects involving air conditioning/heat pump systems.
•Develop test plans for parts and prototypes, qualify them, and evaluate test results.
•Provide technical documentation for new product launches.
•Monitor industry technology development trends and optimize system performance and cost through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in thermodynamics, refrigeration, air conditioning, heat transfer, or related fields.
•3 years of HVAC&R related engineering experience in new product and technology development, including refrigeration system design, optimization, and validation.
•Experience in air-cooled centrifugal/screw chiller design (preferred).
•Knowledge of residential or commercial HVAC system applications and familiarity with UL and GB standards (preferred).
•Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
