Brand & Consumer Junior Advisor with German (full-time or part-time)

Represent iconic consumer brands in the German market by responding to inquiries across multiple channels (written and phone) with empathy and professionalism. You’ll manage complaints and resolve issues in coordination with team leaders, document cases accurately, and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey. The role includes onboarding and training, plus a pathway for development and potential growth into managerial or other internal roles.
