Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AML detection controls using unsupervised, semi-supervised, and supervised learning with GenAI.
  • •Create frameworks to prove AML controls coverage at a regional level and build technologies for Wise’s international user base.
  • •Evaluate AML systems against internal and external benchmarks and design decisioning layers balancing precision and recall.
  • •Collaborate with operational teams to refine feedback loops and design projects such as manual labeling for model improvement.
  • •Package and deploy algorithms into production-grade Python services, and manage automated pipelines for data gathering and model retraining.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 90,500 - 127,000 annually
