Job Summary

Drive revenue growth for Oldcastle Infrastructure’s Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and precast stormwater portfolio by serving as a field-based technical expert and specification leader. Influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to select solutions for stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment. Support complex projects through technical analysis, presentations, and drawings review while bringing customer and market intelligence back to the business. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products and execute account-specific strategies to influence specifications.
•Review, develop, and manage customer/municipal/agency specifications and track published and non-published specifications across the territory.
•Serve as a field technical expert and deliver technically sound, value-based presentations; read and interpret engineering/shop drawings and project plans.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop tools, case studies, collateral, and internal training.
•Synthesize customer feedback and competitive/market insights to inform growth strategies; manage pipelines in Salesforce and attend engineering events as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
•5–7+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure engineering.
•Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, precast stormwater systems, or related civil infrastructure products.
•Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment applications.
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems; excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; valid Driver’s License required.
