Job Summary

Manage and support middleware and application servers in a 24x7 production environment. Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and deploy WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS, while monitoring health, performance, and availability. Handle SSL certificates, load balancing, high availability, incident troubleshooting with RCA, and L2/L3 support. Automate operations using Shell, Python, and Ansible, and coordinate changes/incidents in ServiceNow, Jira, and GitLab, including disaster recovery support.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and administer middleware servers and web servers.
•Deploy applications and perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
•Monitor server health, performance, and availability in production.
•Manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
•Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and provide L2/L3 support; automate tasks and maintain documentation/disaster recovery support.

Key Requirements

•Experience administering middleware and application technologies such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS.
•Hands-on support for integration middleware including Tibco, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, and MSMQ/Queue Manager.
•Proficiency with automation and tooling such as Ansible, Shell scripting, and Python.
•Ability to manage SSL certificates, load balancers, and high-availability configurations.
•Strong troubleshooting skills for production incidents, including root cause analysis (RCA) and L2/L3 support.
