Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the CBS and project WBS.
  • •Perform cost control and forecasting, including variance analysis, trend identification, and change management aligned to cost/schedule integration best practices.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, trend analysis, VOWD, and executive-level dashboards summarizing project financial health.
  • •Collaborate with Planning/Scheduling, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure integrated cost and schedule control.
  • •Apply Earned Value Management (CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, variance at completion), manage contingency/reserve, and reconcile invoices with SOX control as applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5-10 years of post-grad professional experience in cost engineering, financial analysis and reporting, or project controls.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience are mandatory.
  • •Experience with contract types and their cost control implications (lump sum, cost-reimbursable, unit rate).
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
