Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leaders, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close.
•Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets.
•Ensure scalable, structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes and thoughtful candidate experiences.
•Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies.
•Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions.

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions.
•Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional talent across various levels.
