Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate ISD tasks and training material development, assigning work aligned to project milestones and departmental priorities.
  • •Develop program-specific procedures and establish/update processes for instructional design across comprehensive curriculum programs.
  • •Create and maintain ISD courseware artifacts such as Master Task Lists/Training Task Lists, learning objective hierarchies, media reports, and course syllabi.
  • •Develop and review course materials including instructional methods, objectives, scenarios, case studies, and assessment tools, maintaining documentation traceability for baseline and modified products.
  • •Support proposal activities, conduct peer reviews for quality standards, mentor team members on courseware design and multimedia development practices, and consult customers to support performance improvement strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • •Minimum five years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, technical writing, or systematic curriculum development.
  • •Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia development.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in ActionScript 2/3, HTML, HTML5, and JavaScript.
