Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage internal subject matter experts to identify and explore client opportunities, maintaining holistic advice on assigned relationships.
  • •Execute or submit client account servicing activities, including wires and fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, and maintaining accurate account records.
  • •Handle paying and receiving activities and perform daily balancing in strict adherence to WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain and expand knowledge of client/account servicing applications and technologies, including online tools and enhancements to Northern Trust systems.
  • •Mentor fellow personal bankers by offering guidance; assist with safe deposit box maintenance and participate in banking audits as directed by the team leader/manager.

Key Requirements
