•Develop and expand relationships across executive search, consulting, and on-demand talent to drive internal collaboration and cross-practice opportunity creation.
•Identify, engage, and qualify repeat and net-new client opportunities globally, ensuring disciplined movement through early pipeline stages and smooth transition to Business Development.
•Lead and build a new global Lead Generation team, setting KPIs, workflows, qualification discipline, and performance rhythms.
•Partner with Corporate Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and market activation, ensuring appropriate support (campaigns, events, content) for prospect engagement.
•Maintain early-stage pipeline visibility with accurate CRM documentation and forecasting using tools such as Latitude and other systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,900 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in go-to-market growth, client acquisition, business development, sales leadership, or related fields, preferably in professional services or a complex global organization.
•Proven success building and converting a top-of-funnel sales engine, including identification, nurturing, and qualification of net-new opportunities.
•Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or commercial teams.
•Ability to work collaboratively across matrixed global environments and influence senior stakeholders.
•Highly organized with strong operational discipline and experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
