Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver custody transformation projects.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the custody operating model.
  • •Support change initiatives across the end-to-end securities lifecycle, including settlement, safekeeping, asset servicing, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliation.
  • •Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization across custody operations.
  • •Develop target operating models and future-state processes across custody and investor servicing functions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Global Custody, Securities Services, or financial services consulting.
  • •Strong understanding of custody and securities operations, including trade settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, income processing, cash and securities, and asset servicing.
  • •Proven business analyst experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, conducting gap analysis, creating functional documentation, and managing stakeholders.
  • •Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across custody platforms, securities servicing, or post-trade operations.
  • •Advantageous: familiarity with SWIFT messaging and settlement processes and market infrastructure such as Clearstream and Euroclear.
