Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, store, and provide reports on staffing numbers each shift, equipment breakdowns, and equipment usage.
  • •Enter equipment usage, downtime, productivity, and spare-parts consumption into Downtime Supervisor (or other implemented company software) based on provided inputs.
  • •Consolidate and update data on completion of planned tasks and related qualitative characteristics (e.g., personnel composition, equipment, transport) using primary documents and regional summaries.
  • •Verify the reliability and comparability of received data against previous periods.
  • •Systematize and process digital data for the reporting period and coordinate with people responsible for collecting and transmitting data.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience collecting, storing, and reporting equipment breakdowns and usage/downtime data.
  • •Ability to work with corporate programs and databases, including electronic catalogs.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office.
  • •Fluency in Russian, Kazakh, and English.
  • •Completed higher technical education.
