Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CyberArk implementations.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
  • •Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams; define tasking for privileged user onboarding.
  • •Coordinate solution design and implementation with CyberArk architects and engineers; assess onboarding requirements across systems.
  • •Support UAT, validate requirements, and assist with onboarding, account lifecycle management, access governance, and change communication.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of IT business analysis experience with cybersecurity focus.
  • •Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions and components including PAS, PVWA, SWS, CPM, PSM, and Vault/Identity Security Platform.
  • •Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • •Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • •Knowledge of IAM/PAM concepts and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
