Job Summary

Lead SEB’s transformation of software delivery through AI by defining AI governance, guardrails, and AI-enabled ways of working across engineering, testing, DevOps, and delivery teams. Combine strategy and enablement with hands-on experimentation to prototype AI solutions, drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot, establish best practices, and measure impact on productivity, quality, and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and own the AI roadmap for product development and technology.
•Define and establish AI governance, guardrails, standards, and operating models.
•Develop and evolve AI-enabled ways of working for software delivery teams and build best practices for AI-assisted software development, testing, architecture, documentation, knowledge sharing, and operations.
•Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and future AI capabilities across engineering organizations; establish adoption metrics and success measurements.
•Lead AI-powered transformation of DevOps, testing, and CI/CD processes; design and build prototypes, automations, agents, and lightweight AI-powered solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,400 - 6,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of modern software engineering, DevOps, and software delivery practices.
•Practical experience with AI technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, AI agents, or related technologies.
•Experience driving technology adoption and engineering transformation/new ways of working across multiple teams.
•Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, testing, and developer productivity practices.
•Experience defining standards, governance, or engineering operating models, with excellent stakeholder management and communication.
