Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory approvals for Power Innovation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Develop permitting strategies, coordinate across technical, legal, and regulatory teams, and handle stakeholder engagement while tracking obligations through development and construction. Support PUC/PSC approvals and advise on conditions tied to certificates, preparing assets for operational handoff. Lead complex, high-risk work and guide others as needed.

•10+ years of experience in environmental soil and groundwater assessment and remediation at CERCLA (Superfund) and RCRA sites.
•Expertise with project management and stakeholder engagement for projects requiring Public Utility Commission (PUC) or Public Service Commission (PSC) approvals or certificates.
•Demonstrated excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the utmost priority.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
