Job Summary

Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance for plant equipment and facilities, including critical spare parts management. Improve equipment performance and maintain related documentation. Provide escalated call-back support for machine recovery after office hours. Ensure compliance with Ethics & Compliance, EH&S, and Quality programs, while supporting EH&S, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform breakdown maintenance to identify root causes and carry out preventive maintenance for plant equipment and facilities.
•Manage critical equipment spare parts.
•Improve equipment performance and maintain subsequent documentation.
•Respond to escalated call-backs for machine recovery after office hours.
•Ensure compliance with Ethics & Compliance, EH&S, and Quality programs and participate in EH&S, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities.

Key Requirements

•NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
•2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair of machineries; candidates with no experience may be considered with training.
•Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
•Comfortable with hands-on work using equipment, tools, and machines.
•Willing to work on rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
