Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy a generative AI solution into new customer tenants using a reusable method.
  • •Onboard customer documents and ensure diagrams are properly parsed.
  • •Configure LangChain for vector processing and graph extraction.
  • •Create agents that generate new outputs from an existing knowledge graph.
  • •Tune prompts so customers can find the information they need and collaborate with offshore teams to share knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical engineering capability with a drive to learn and apply new technologies independently, with limited oversight or leadership.
  • •A solid understanding of AI and AI ethics.
  • •Experience with data safety when using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Knowledge of AI/RAG and Graph RAG approaches, including prompt tuning and few-shot detection.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud AI tooling and development, including either AWS (boto3, Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2) or Azure (Azure OpenAI service, Cosmos DB), plus Python and LangChain/LangGraph.
