Job Summary

Lead electrical engineering for production hardware in a defense-focused program, coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines. Hands-on testing with RF/analog/digital hardware, production support, and technical oversight through the lifecycle. Travel is minimal and on-site shift is 1st shift; requires security clearance and US citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging digital, analog, and RF hardware and electro-mechanical systems; hands-on troubleshooting preferred.
•Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve production/testing/integration issues.
•Travel less than 10% annually.
•Shift Information: 1st shift on-site.
•Provide resources to drive development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical products across multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
•Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing
•Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers
•Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required
