Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop test flows, test methods, and validate test programs at ATE.
  • •Use existing test programs to build characterization test programs for RMA diagnosis and to create screens that identify failing circuits at ATE.
  • •Drive and assist development/deployment of innovative test methodologies for structural and functional test objectives.
  • •Assist chip qualification support, including failure verification support and spec search to assess qualification process.
  • •Analyze root causes of ATE challenges using electrical and thermal analysis; test parts, analyze results, and present reports to drive team discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Hands-on experience developing test programs for ATE using Advantest and/or Teradyne tester platforms, including SmarTest8 (preferred).
  • •Ability to independently develop test programs, including complex test flows for chip performance and power consumption specs.
  • •Programming experience for test method development and ability to debug/troubleshoot failure mechanisms with cross-functional teams.
