Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze, and decide on initial approach to solve complex problems within primary competency; adapt and establish new processes if needed.
  • •Problem handovers and routing: Drive problem aspects with cross-functional teams, document data for problem resolution, ensure ownership and follow-up.
  • •Repairs: Advise customer personnel and first-line support, perform repairs, replace parts, and implement countermeasures to improve machine performance.
  • •Training / advice: Train first-line engineers and customers in maintenance, develop internal training syllabus as needed.
  • •Process Optimization: Initiate and revise processes, provide structural and strategic solutions to optimize regional performance.

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in semiconductor industry
  • •Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics, and semiconductor processes, and relevant software
  • •Experience with data analysis tools and common office software
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence in multidisciplinary environments
