Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted counter sales advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers, engaging at the counter, by phone, and via email to understand needs and recommend products. You’ll apply product expertise, drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, use catalogs and manufacturer databases to find parts, and process transactions accurately. You’ll also manage special orders and help maintain an organized, customer-focused store environment.
