Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in evaluation, negotiation, and closure of critical sub-contracts with strategic suppliers across space, launch, and ground & data services.
  • •Manage contract changes (waivers/deviations, addenda, exercised options) and change control across the full contract lifecycle.
  • •Maintain comprehensive, auditable records compliant with company, contractual, and export control requirements.
  • •Review contracts for technical, quality, and regulatory alignment; flag non-conformances to Engineering and Legal.
  • •Monitor and report sub-contractor performance vs schedule, cost, and quality targets, and integrate supplier deliverables and milestones into the program plan.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of proven experience in sub-contract management, ideally in the space industry.
  • •Experience procuring multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • •Hands-on contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiating, and executing SoW/MSA or milestone-based contracts.
  • •Excellent organizational and analytical skills to track multiple active contracts simultaneously.
  • •Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across engineering and management teams.
