Key Responsibilities

•Lead, grow, and develop the North America Account Management team, defining strategy, targets, and coaching team members to become impactful account managers
•Shape the AM function by establishing practices, KPI tracking frameworks, account plans, and measurable processes across partnerships
•Drive growth and revenue by owning the P&L for a growing portfolio and coordinating upsell/cross-sell opportunities with key stakeholders
•Be a hands-on leader by joining partner calls, guiding strategic conversations, and resolving complex challenges
•Champion partner success by collaborating with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and delivery teams to prioritize value for partners and Wise

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of enterprise account management or enterprise sales experience
•3–5+ years scaling, mentoring, and leading high-performing commercial teams
•Deep fintech, payments, or banking domain experience with comfort talking technical architecture and SaaS/API-first technologies
•Proven track record of growing accounts and driving significant revenue with executives across CEOs, compliance, technology, and innovation teams
•Experience implementing scalable account management practices, defining KPIs, and establishing processes to ensure consistent results
