  • •Proactively detect risks and collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve issues spanning delivery, process, culture, expectations, staffing, milestones, and finances.
  • •Engage clients continuously to understand and meet their needs, solve issues collaboratively, and communicate progress transparently.
  • •Manage contract and finance responsibilities across the program portfolio in coordination with the finance team, including contract modifications, options, and negotiations with subcontractors.
  • •Scale delivery environments by leading a team of project managers and other functional delivery leads, setting standards for delivery excellence and client service.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
  • •Experience working with or for state government agencies, including government contracting, compliance, and audit trail importance.
  • •Experience leading and growing agile development teams, including managing a project at scale (inherited or built from scratch).
  • •Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects with significant milestones, dependencies, and high-risk/uncertainty/scale elements.
