Sr. Manager, Internal Mobility

Lead NRG’s internal mobility strategy to help employees build long-term careers within the organization. You’ll execute programs that enable talent to flow effectively, connect Early Careers pipelines with internal mobility initiatives, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing mobility trends, gaps, and performance metrics. Partner with stakeholders, develop training and enablement materials, and support technology implementation to streamline internal mobility and early-career talent initiatives.
