Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend service-development improvements using consolidated performance insights and committee evaluations.
  • •Oversee committee and team schedules, agendas, and action registers; prepare periodic status reports.
  • •Track CEO outgoing/incoming correspondence and maintain official records, ensuring follow-up on recommendation closures.
  • •Review service development plans, validate data and change requests before escalation, and coordinate improvement-plan follow-up.
  • •Analyze and consolidate performance data for integrated reporting and prepare executive summaries based on CEO visit recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s (or Diploma) in a related area with 5+ years (Bachelor’s) or 3+ years (Master’s) experience, or 11+ years (Diploma).
  • •Ability to produce executive summaries and clear, data-backed recommendations for CEO Office decision-making.
  • •Experience analyzing and consolidating performance data across Licensing Agency units for integrated reporting.
  • •Proficiency with project/program fundamentals; preferred Project credential such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • •Experience tracking committees/actions and closing audit comments using relevant platforms/systems (RSA/CTS).
