Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and run the AI Factory, mobilising multiple agile AI squads to deliver agents iteratively and at scale.
  • •Own and maintain the agent backlog (epics/features/user stories), including acceptance criteria, prioritisation, and release planning.
  • •Define a repeatable delivery lifecycle and definition of done for AI agents, including quality gates across design, build, testing, validation, risk sign-off, deployment, and monitoring.
  • •Own the end-to-end AI agent product lifecycle, translating business needs into product requirements and success metrics and driving adoption and optimisation.
  • •Partner with technology teams, third-party vendors, and risk/compliance to ensure solutions are production-ready and meet governance and regulatory expectations; track KPIs post-deployment and report to executive governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •8 to 10 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in an agile environment.
  • •End-to-product ownership experience from problem definition and backlog management through production deployment, adoption, and optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, including delivery using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot Foundry.
  • •Experience partnering cross-functionally in regulated environments (engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, compliance), with strong AI/agent delivery experience.
