Job Summary

Own and grow MonetizeMore’s enterprise publisher pipeline across EMEA and APAC. You’ll prospect and secure conversations with senior decision-makers, lead discovery, and translate monetization challenges into clear business cases to drive deals from first contact through contracting and close. You’ll manage forecasts and deal progression in Salesforce, coordinate handoffs to onboarding, and identify expansion opportunities after implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC.
•Create opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, communities, and industry relationships.
•Lead discovery to uncover commercial, technical, and operational challenges, and build business cases around measurable outcomes.
•Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation, contracting, and close.
•Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity data in Salesforce, coordinate handoff to onboarding, and support post-close expansion.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another commercial role.
•Experience from the digital advertising ecosystem (sell side or buy side) and a track record building pipeline and progressing enterprise deals.
•Familiarity with eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization concepts.
•A disciplined approach to qualification, forecasting, documentation, follow-up, and deal progression.
•Strong English communication skills; additional languages relevant to EMEA/APAC are a plus.
