Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic growth initiatives for the Property & Buildings practice throughout Southern California.
  • •Develop and maintain client and agency relationships and pursue new business opportunities, including proposals and contract negotiations.
  • •Provide executive oversight and technical direction for complex electrical engineering work across power distribution, lighting, life safety, low-voltage, renewable energy, and critical facility infrastructure.
  • •Ensure compliance with codes, standards, quality management procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, supporting recruitment, retention, and leadership development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

  • •Proven success leading large-scale Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, and/or Civic projects.
  • •Strong business development experience winning work and developing client relationships, plus experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
