Operate molding equipment to safely and efficiently produce OES products that meet customer specifications. Review production specs before shift, remove parts per machine cycle time, and trim or file excess material using required tools. Inspect finished pieces for quality, address issues with a supervisor, and assemble additional components as needed. Label, package, and stack products for shipping while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workstation.

Key Responsibilities

•Review production specifications for each product SKU scheduled for production and ask clarifying questions.
•Remove product from the machine according to machine cycle time to maintain scheduled production.
•Trim, file, or cut excess flash and inspect pieces to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
•Advise a supervisor of product quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
•Label, package, and stack finished product for transfer to shipping while adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean workstation.
