Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement risk-based quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables and processes meet customer requirements and statutory regulations.
  • •Manage customer feedback by ensuring corrective and preventive actions are developed and implemented.
  • •Establish quality standards and assure quality throughout the bids and project lifecycle, including compliance and certification standards.
  • •Provide independent quality advice and visibility on bid/project execution, including alert and veto duties when needed.
  • •Conduct internal audits and maturity assessments, and support operational performance analysis for management decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in an engineering or related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering (e.g., systems engineering, ideally with some software development knowledge).
  • •Experience in quality management, preferably in a systems engineering organization or other technically oriented discipline.
  • •Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
  • •Audit qualification (e.g., Internal Auditor) desirable, along with analytical/problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D desirable).
