Job Summary

Lead end-to-end new warehouse construction projects for TikTok Shop in the U.S., managing site selection, design, construction, and handover. Own licensing, permitting, and compliance by interfacing with municipal, fire, environmental, and other regulatory agencies. Build and enforce OSHA-compliant safety plans, conduct training and investigations, and drive cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT. Develop WBS/critical path plans, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead site selection, design, construction, and handover for new warehouse projects while managing budget, schedule, and quality.
•Coordinate with landlords, general contractors, design firms, and inspectors to ensure building code compliance.
•Drive government licensing and permit applications (building, occupancy, environmental, etc.) and interface with regulatory agencies pre- and post-construction.
•Develop and enforce OSHA-compliant site safety plans, including safety training, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
•Create project plans (WBS, critical path, resource calendars), track progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
•5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing new warehouse/industrial construction projects in the U.S.
•Proven track record of end-to-end warehouse construction with required licenses/permits obtained.
•Deep working knowledge of OSHA standards and expert knowledge of U.S. warehouse permitting processes.
•Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.) and ability to work across time zones with strong stakeholder management.
