Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule company aircraft travel in compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company regulations.
  • •Review NOTAMs, weather forecasts, and airport restrictions; conduct risk assessments and coordinate mitigation with crews.
  • •Coordinate international handlers and government agencies for overflight/landing permits, slots, and customs requirements.
  • •Manage trip logistics (catering, lodging, ground transportation) and schedule crews to comply with duty limits and fatigue management rules.
  • •Provide flight following and emergency/maintenance support, including after-hours calls and maintaining flight records and administrative reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of corporate licensed dispatch/scheduler experience.
  • •Valid FAA Dispatcher License (or equivalent international authorization).
  • •Proven experience in flight scheduling, dispatch, or aviation logistics.
  • •Deep familiarity with FAA and ICAO regulations and international travel procedures.
