Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise international shipments from origin collection to final destination delivery across air, sea, and land.
  • •Manage daily and weekly freight execution priorities across all modes.
  • •Monitor shipment milestones and track orders using operational tracking systems and internal tools.
  • •Coordinate with Compliance, Clearance, Insurance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
  • •Manage freight flows for perishables, temperature-controlled cargo, dangerous goods, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, and trading commodities.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •8–12 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations.
  • •Experience handling multimodal freight (air, sea, land) and dangerous goods, food & beverage perishables, temperature-controlled cargo.
  • •Strong knowledge of IATA DGR, IMDG Code and applicable transport regulations.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and freight forwarding systems; vendor and service provider management.
